界面对三维编织复合材料的吸湿行为的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同界面结合状况的三维编织炭纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的吸湿行为,通过对炭纤维表面氧化处理提高了复合材料的界面结合强度。对复合材料的断口和吸湿复合材料的表观形貌进行了SEM观察。结果表明,吸湿过程满足Fick扩散;强界面结合抑制了三维编织复合材料吸湿,降低了水的扩散系数。

【Abstract】 Effect of composites interface on the moisture absorption behavior of threedimensionally braided carbon fiber reinforced epoxy (C3D/EP) composites was investigated in this paper. Interfacial bonding strength of C3D/EP composites was improved through air oxidized carbon fiber. The fracture surface and apparent surface of composites after absorbing water were observed by SEM. The results show that water sorption process of C3D/EP composites can be described by Fick′s law of diffusion. Better bonding interface restrains the moisture absorption and reduces the apparent diffused coefficient of C3D/EP composites.
