聚丙烯对超高分子量聚乙烯加工流变性能的影响
EFFECT OF POLYPROPYLENE ON THE PROCESSABILITY OF ULTRAHIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE
【摘要】 PP能显著提高 UHMWPE的加工流动性能 ,一定量 PP的加入可使 UHMWPE在通用加工设备上进行塑化加工。纯 UHMWPE不存在常见的假塑性流动区 ,在低剪切速率下就无法正常挤出 ,挤出压力振荡不定。一定量 PP的加入 ,UHMWPE呈现假塑性流动 ,未出现压力振荡现象
【Abstract】 Effect of polypropylene (PP) on the processability of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) was studied. The results show that the addition of PP improves the processability of UHMWPE. UHMWPE/PP blend can be processed with general processing equipment. Pure UHMWPE does not exist psedoplastical flow, extrusion pressure vibration appeared at low shear rate. UHMWPE/PP blends shows psedoplastical flow characteristics, no pressure vibration appeared upon the addition of a certain amount of PP.
