HDPE紫外辐照接枝MMA及接枝物对绢英粉填充体系的影响
STUDIES ON UV PHOTO-GRAFTING OF MMA ON HDPE AND THE HDPE/STC SYSTEM WITH THE HDPE-g-MMA AS INTERFACE MODIFIER
【摘要】 用紫外光辐照接枝的方法在高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)上接枝极性单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)。讨论了光照时间、反应温度、单体用量和光敏剂用量对接枝反应的影响 ,并用 FT- IR、NMR等技术对接枝产物 (HDPE- g- MMA)进行了表征。同时 ,研究了将接枝产物作为 HDPE/ STC填充体系的界面改性剂时其用量对填充体系力学性能的影响
【Abstract】 UV photo-grafting on high density polyethylene (HDPE) was performed by using methyl methacrylate (MMA). The graft copolymer of HDPE-g-MMA was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectra after purification. With copolymerization temperature, the grafting rate (G) increased. With copolymerization time, monomer concentration and sensitizer concentration, the grafting rate increased, and decreased after passing a maximum. The effect of the content of HDPE-g-MMA on HDPE/Sericite-tridymite-cristobalite (STC) system was investigated systematically. The results show that HDPE-g-MMA has obvious interface modifying effect on HDPE/STC system.
