低取代度羧甲基淀粉对纤维粘附性能
EFFECT OF CARBOXYMETHYL STARCH WITH LOW DEGREE OF SUBSTITUTION ON THE ADHESION BEHAVIOR TO TEXTILE FIBERS
【摘要】 通过改变一氯乙酸对淀粉的投料比 ,制备了一系列具有不同变性程度的低取代度羧甲基淀粉。然后以比粘附强度和断裂伸长为量化指标 ,通过轻浆粗纱法研究了淀粉羧甲基化变性、变性程度及纤维类型对纤维粘附性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,上述三种因素都对其比粘附强度有显著影响 ,当取代度为0 .0 17时 ,比粘附强度最大。此外 ,还研究了 CMS- PVA共混物对涤 /棉纤维的粘附性能
【Abstract】 A serious of carboxymethyl starch with different degree of substitution was prepared in ethanol dispersion through varying the feed ratio of monochloroacetic acid to refined native cornstarch. Then the influences of starch carboxymethylation, modification extent, and type of fiber substrates upon the adhesion behavior to textile fibers were investigated by slightly sized roving method for warp sizing. The adhesion behavior was evaluated by specific bond strength and breaking extension. It was found that the above variations all had evident effects on the specific bond strength. A maximal bond strength could be obtained when the degree of substitution was about 0.017. Moreover, the effects of CMS-PVA blends on the adhesion behavior to polyester/cotton fiber were also investigated.
