用SPG膜乳化法合成单分散性高分子微粒子
STUDY ON MONODISPERSE POLYMER PARTICLES SYNTHESIZED WITH SPG EMULSIFICATION
【摘要】 以丙烯酸酯类为聚合性单体 (分散相 ) ,以含有表面活性剂的去离子水为连续相 (分散介质 ) ,通过SPG膜乳化装置 ,先制成膜乳化液 ,经悬浮聚合制成了大粒径的单分散性聚合物微粒子。实验选择了孔径为 1.35μm、5 .2 5μm、9.5μm三种规格的 SPG膜 ,制得的球型微粒子的平均粒径分别为 11.4 3μm、2 8.5 9μm和 4 5 .92μm,单分散性均≤ 11.93%。对合成过程中影响微粒子性能的主要因素也进行了分析和探讨
【Abstract】 With acrylate as polymerization monomer(dispersion phase), with no-ionic water of dissolving surface active agent as continuous phase(dispersion medium), by the preparation installation of SPG emulsification, the emulsion was prepared first, then the monodisperse polymer particles with big size by suspension polymerization were synthesized, by using the pore diameter of SPG with 1.35 μm, 5.25 μm, 9.5 μm. The average diameter of synthesized particle is 11.43 μm, 18.59 μm and 45.92 μm respectively. The monodisperse of all the microspheres is less than 11.93%. The main influence factor to the property of the polymer particles during the polymerization process was investigated.
