含硼硅酚醛树脂BSP的合成和性能

【摘要】 采用氢氧化钡和乙酸锌为催化剂合成了含硼和硅的酚醛树脂 BSP,用 FT- IR对其结构进行了分析 ,用 TGA和氧指数仪对树脂的耐热性和阻燃性进行了测试。树脂具有明显的高邻位树脂的特点 ,体系粘度低 ,合成易于控制 ;树脂具有良好的耐热性和阻燃性 ,80 0℃热失重低于 30 % ,氧指数大于 4 7%。有机硅链段的引入显著降低了树脂的表面能。此外对影响 BSP树脂的耐热性和阻燃性的因素进行了研究

【Abstract】 Boron- and Silicone-Containing Phenolic Resin(BSPR) was synthesized by using barium hydroxide and zinc acetate composite catalyst. The structure of BSPR was characterized by FT-IR. Its heat-resistant and flame-resistant properties were analyzed using TGA and Oxygen Index(OI) respectively. The BSPR had high o-o′ methylene structure between phenol nuclei in its macromolecule, and the synthesis reaction was readily carried out due to the lower viscosity of the resin. The BSPR exhibited excellent heat-resistance and flame-resistance, mass loss less than 30% at 800 ℃ and OI larger than 47%. Silicone segment played a significant role on reducing BSPR′s surface energy. Furthermore, some effects on the resin′s properties were also investigated.
