聚氯乙烯的还原偶联抑烟剂

【摘要】 聚氯乙烯常用的抑烟剂钼 ( )化合物系在凝聚相中以 Lewis酸机理抑烟 ,文中叙述低价过渡金属化合物 (包括低价铜的亚磷酸酯络合物及低价过渡金属的草酸盐和甲酸盐等 )对 PVC的还原偶联抑烟 ,讨论了还原偶联抑烟机理及其优越性 ,对还原偶联抑烟剂的要求 ,并介绍几类可供用于聚氯乙烯的此类抑烟剂及其效果和应用前景

【Abstract】 The widely used smoke suppressants for PVC are Mo(VI) compounds which act as Lewis acids to exert functions in condensed phase. The smoke suppression of some low-valent transition metal compounds was described, including phosphite complexes of Cu(Ⅰ), formate and oxalate of a few low-valent transition metals. The mechanism and advantages of smoke suppression via reductive coupling were discussed and the requirements for reductive coupling smoke suppressants were summarized. In addition, a number of smoke suppressants suitable for PVC were introduced, and their efficiency and application prospect were estimated.
