层状双羟基氢氧化物的结构表征及对PVC的热稳定作用
STRUCTURAL CHARACTERIZATION OF LAYERED DOUBLE HYDROXIDE AND ITS EFFECT ON THERMAL STABILIZATION OF PVC
【摘要】 用 XRD、TEM和 TG方法对水滑石类镁铝层状双羟基氢氧化物 (LDH)进行了结构表征和热分解特性研究 ,用 TG、FT- IR方法研究了 LDH对 PVC的热稳定作用。结果表明 ,该种无机晶体材料具有层状结构 ,在 1 80℃煅烧 ,层状结构保持不变 ;在 5 0 0℃煅烧 ,转变为复合金属氧化物 (LDO)。LDH与有机锡共用 ,对 PVC产生协同稳定作用。分解反应的平均表观活化能为 1 1 7.3k J/ mol,热稳定机理可能来源于 LDH层间 CO2 -3 与 PVC分解放出 HCl进行的交换反应
【Abstract】 Structural characterization and thermal degradation of Mg 2+ 1-x Al 3+ x layered double hydroxide (LDH) of the hydrotalcites (LDHS) have been conducted using XRD, TEM and TG, and effect of LDH on thermal stabilization of PVC has been studied using TG and FT IR. The results show that a layered structure is formed in this inorganic crystal materials. The layered structure maintains invariant when calcinated at 180 ℃, and converts into layered double oxides (LDO) when calcinated at 500 ℃. Both LDH and organic Sn display positive synergic effect on thermal stabilization of PVC. The average apparent activation energy of decomposition reaction is 117.3 kJ/mol. Mechanism of the observed thermal stabilization could be attributed to the exchange reaction between CO 2- 3 from LDH and HCl decomposed from PVC.
