氨基硅油改性环氧灌浆材料的形态与性能

【摘要】 采用氨基硅油与双酚 A型环氧树脂反应 ,并以此制备了一种新型糠醛丙酮环氧灌浆材料。研究了不同氨基含量对改性环氧灌浆材料固结物形态和性能的影响。结果表明 ,氨基硅油在糠醛丙酮环氧基体中总体上呈现典型的“海 -岛”结构 ,当氨基硅油含量为 2 0 %时 ,它与基体的相容性最好 ,微观上呈现一种条带结构 ,综合性能也最佳
【Abstract】 A new type of furfurlacetone epoxy resin grouting materials was obtained by modifing bisphenol A expoxy resin using amino group of polysiloxane fluid. The effects of various content of amino group of polysiloxane fluid on the morphology and properties of cured grouting materials were imvestigated. The results show that amino group of polysiloxane fluid is found to exhibit a sea island morophology as a whole, and when the content of amino group of polysiloxane fluid is 20%, the compatibility of them is good, and the integrative properties are optimum, but the microcosmic morphology of solid is ternary blends, not the structure of sea island.
