酯化变性淀粉的制备与应用性能

【摘要】 以醋酸酐为改性剂合成了酯化变性淀粉 ,通过红外光谱验证了该反应的发生。探讨了改性剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对变性淀粉取代基含量的影响。实验结果表明 ,反应体系的最佳反应条件是 p H值为 8.0~ 8.5 ,醋酸酐质量为 2 .0 g,原淀粉质量为 1 8g,反应时间为 1 1 h,反应温度为 35℃。经改性后的变性淀粉的加工和应用性能都比原淀粉有了较大的改善。

【Abstract】 The esterified denatured starch has been synthesized with acetic anhydride in this paper and it can be proved in the infrared spectrum. The effects of the concentration of modifying agent, temperature and time of reaction on the substituent content of denstured starch were studied. The optimal condition of reaction corresponds to a pH= 8.0 ~ 8.5 of reactive system, a mass of 2.0 g for acetic anhydride, 18 g for raw starch, a reaction time of 11 h and a reaction temperature of 35 ℃. The processed and applied properties of denatured starch were improved in comparison with raw starch.
