AM/SA反相微乳液聚合反应动力学研究
KINETIC STUDY ON AM/SA INVERSE MICROEMULSION POLYME RIZATION
【摘要】 以油酸失水山梨醇酯 Span 80和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 OP- 10为乳化剂 ,白油为连续介质 ,高活性过氧化二碳酸 ( 2 -乙基己基 )酯 ( EHP)为引发剂 ,进行了丙烯酰胺 /丙烯酸钠 ( AM/ SA)反相微乳液共聚合反应。研究了单体总浓度 [M]、引发剂浓度 [I]、乳化剂浓度 [E]对 AM/ SA反相微乳液聚合速率 Rp和共聚物分子量 Mv的影响规律 ,得到 Rp∝ [M]m[I]0 .65[E]0 .34 ,Mv∝ [M]n[I]-0 .30 [E]-1.0 8,其中当 [M]=3.2 1mol/ L~ 6.4 2 mol/ L 时 ,m=2 .34 ,n=0 .68;当 [M]=1.2 8mol/ L~ 3.33mol/ L时 ,m=1.61,n=0 .5 8。比较了不同单体浓度范围内 AM/ SA反相微乳液聚合速率。
【Abstract】 Inverse microemulsion copolymerization o f acrylamide/sodium acrylate (AM/SA) has been carried out with Span 80 and OP-1 0 as the emulsifier, white oil as the continuous medium and bis(2-ethylhexyl) p eroxycarbonate as the initiator. The effects of monomer concentration, initiator concentration and emulsifier concentration on copolymerization rate and copolym er molecular weight were investigated. The orders with respect to monomer concen tration, initiator concentration and emulsifier concentration for copolymerizati on rate are m, 0.65 and 0.34 respectively, and for copolymer molecul ar weight are n, -0.30 and -1.08 respectively. The values of m a nd n are 2.34 and 0.68 respectively for [M]=3.21 mol/L~6.42 mol/L, 1.61 and 0.58 respectively for [M]=1.28 mol/L~3.33 mol/L. The copolymerization rates in AM/SA inverse microemulsion at the diffe rent monomer concentration ranges were compared.
