聚(苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)/聚氨酯浇注胶的粘接性能
THE ADHESION OF CASTING POLYURETHANE MODIFIED WITH P(STYRENE-DIVINYL BENZENE)
【摘要】 采用苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯对聚氨酯进行了改性研究 ,利用一步法工艺 ,制备了与三元乙丙橡胶具有优良粘接性能的双组分室温固化的改性浇注胶。通过正交实验确定了最优配方 ,并对最佳体系与 ABS以及三元乙丙橡胶的粘接性能如拉伸剪切强度、剥离强度等进行了测试分析。结果表明 ,控制 - NCO/- OH比值、低分子二元醇与聚酯多元醇的 - OH摩尔比、催化引发体系用量等 ,可得到综合性能优异的稳定体系。当 R=1.10、α=0 .5、BPO/ St=2 .0 %、β=0 .0 4 %、γ=30 %、ε=4 %时力学性能均较佳 ;改性剂、交联剂的用量以及粘接时间等对体系的粘接性能影响较大。该双组分浇注胶与三元乙丙橡胶 / ABS的拉伸剪切强度可达 15 .0 MPa,剥离强度达 7.4 k N/ m,粘接机理与传统的扩散机理、配位键理论等有所不同 ,遵循共轭互穿网络粘接理论
【Abstract】 A kind of modified casting polyurethane by styrene and divinyl benzene with good adhesion with ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM)has been prepared by one-step process, which can be cured at the room temperature.The best formula was set down by orthogonal experiments, and adhesion such as extensional shearing strength and peel strength of the system to ABS/EPDM has been tested and discussed especially. The results show that the molar rate of hydroxyl of binary alcohol and polyols(α), St/PU+St(γ)BPO/St have effects on properties in more degree than dibutyltin dilaurate(β)and DVB/St(ε). From the study, we can draw a conclusion that when R=1.10,α= 0.5, BPO/St= 2.0%, ε=4%, β= 0.04%,γ= 30%, the modified system possesses favorable properties, the extensional shearing strength and peel strength can reach 15.0 MPa and 7.4 kN/m separately. The mechanism of adhesion has also been studied, and the conclusion that the new mechanism can be called conjugate interpenetrating of networks across interfaces has been drawn.
