窄能隙共轭聚合物——聚[吡咯-2,5-二(二茂铁甲烯)]的合成与表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SMALL BANDGAP CONJUGATED POLYMER--POLY[PYRROLE-2,5-DIYL(FERROCENYLIDENE)]
【摘要】 通过吡咯与二茂铁甲醛的缩合反应合成了含茂类金属的共轭高分子——聚 [吡咯 - 2 ,5 -二 (二茂铁甲烯 ) ](PPDFc E)及其前聚物聚 [吡咯 - 2 ,5 -二 (二茂铁甲烷 ) ](PPDFc A)。通过红外、核磁、紫外、元素分析鉴定了产物及其前聚物的结构。利用 DSC、TGA及 TGA- IR测试分析了所合成聚合物的热学性质。紫外光谱表明 PPDFc E的能隙为 1.13e V,属窄能隙共轭聚合物。经碘掺杂后产物的电导率在 10 -7S/ cm,而掺杂 TCNQ的产物的导电率达到了 10 -2 S/ cm。
【Abstract】 A novel type of conjugated poly[pyrrole-2,5-diyl(ferrocenylidene)](PPDFcE) and its precursor poly[pyrrole-2,5-diyl(ferrocenylidane)](PPDFcA) were obtained by condensation of pyrrole with ferrocenecarboxaldehyde. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and elemental analyses. TGA, DSC and TGA-IR analyses evaluated the thermal behavior of the synthesized polymers. UV-Vis spectroscopy revealed the bandgap of PPDFcE is 1.13 eV. The polymer PPDFcE is indeed a small bandgap conjugated polymer. The conductivity of doped products with iodine and TCNQ are 10 -7 S/cm and 10 -2 S/cm respectively.
