聚甲醛自润滑复合材料的开发与应用
DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF POLYOXYMETHYLENE SELF-LUBRICATING COMPOSITE
【摘要】 综述了通过向聚甲醛树脂中添加耐磨聚合物、润滑油及润滑脂、无机润滑剂、纤维材料、金属粉末或薄片、复合润滑剂 ,以及嵌段共聚、与金属复合改性的方法来制备聚甲醛自润滑复合材料。介绍了 8类聚甲醛自润滑复合材料的主要性能和应用领域 ,对聚甲醛自润滑复合材料发展方向及国内聚甲醛复合改性的现状和前景进行了展望
【Abstract】 That the polyoxymethylene(POM) self-lubricating composites that are manufactured by adding wear-resisting polymer or lubricating oil and grease or inorganic lubricating agents or fiber materials or metal powders and flakes or complex lubricating agents to POM resins were reviewed. The key performance and application domain of eight-type of POM self-lubricating composites were introduced. It was forecasted the developmental direction of POM self-lubricating composite and the situation and future of modified composite of POM in our country.
