【Abstract】 After a brief review of the main financial crisis that occurred in the 1980’s,this article illustrates some different opinions about the reasons of the formation of financial crisis.On the basis of this,this article argues that the principal—agent investment and the moral hazard generated from it is the important cause which leads to the formation,development and crumbling of asset bubbles and the occurrence of financial crisis.Finally,some proposals are indicated.更多还原
