【摘要】 防水铜版纸要求具有良好的防水性、剥离性 ,但由于抗水剂的加入使纸张表面的吸墨性、白度、不透明度发生了变化 ,影响了成纸的适印性。为了得到适印性好的铜版纸 ,本实验以打浆度、松香胶、湿强剂三个因素为变量进行三因素四水平正交实验。实验证明 ,在针叶木与阔叶木配比为 7∶3时 ,防水铜版纸的最佳实验条件为 :打浆度为 31.2°SR ,松香胶用量为 3.0 % ,湿强剂用量为 1.0 % ,在此实验条件下 ,可以生产出既有一定抗水性又有较好的剥离性能和适印性的防水铜版纸更多还原

【Abstract】 Waterproof offset coated paper is required to have good peeling property.But adding water-resisting agent will decrease the ink absorbency,brightness and opacity of paper and affects printing property.For making high quality waterproof coated paper,the influences of beating degree,rosin size and water-resisting agent were studied and the orthogonal experiment of three factors-four levels was carried out.The results show that,at the ratio of 7:3 of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp,the optimal conditions are:31.2°SR of beating degree,3.0% of rosin size and 1.0% of water-resisting agent .At these conditions,an offset coated paper with good waterproof and peeling properties as well as good printability was produced.更多还原
