【摘要】 传统的纸页结构分析技术,只是对纸张XY和Z向进行表面的观察、测量和判断,但对纸页的内部结构与组成及其对成纸性能的影响却无能为力。正是基于这种考虑,随着技术的进步和分析软件的开发,利用高倍扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对纸页的Z向结构进行观察,并利用软件对图像数据进行分析的技术日渐成熟,本文主要介绍这种基于SEM的图像分析技术在纸张Z向结构分析中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional analysis technique,can observe and judge the surface physical properties of paper sheet,but it can’ t analyse the interior structure and components of the sheet affecting the end-use properties. Recently an im-proved technique, which is based on scanning electronic microscopy and image analysis, is applied to determine quantitatively the distributions of structural elements of paper in Z-direction of the sheet.
