【摘要】 本文进行了蔗渣硫酸盐浆木素酶生物漂白的研究 ,比较了酶处理 pH值、处理时间、温度、酶用量及酶用量和过氧化氢用量的关系对漂白效果的影响 ,得出白腐菌 (PhanerochaeteChrysosprium)经固体发酵分泌的木素酶漂白纸浆的较适宜条件是 pH5 .0∽ 5 .5、时间 2∽ 3h、温度 4 5℃左右、酶用量 2ml/g绝干浆更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,preliminary study on the effect of bagasse kraft pulp biobleaching with ligninase was carried out.Ligninase was produced from a white rot fungi ( Phanerochaete chrysosprium ).The better conditions of biobleaching treatment of bagasse pulp were:temperature 45～55℃,time 2～3 hours,pH value 4.5～5.0 and dosage of ligninase 2ml/g oven dry pulp.更多还原
