激光与蛋白质链上孤立子相互作用的数值分析
Numeric Analysis of Interactions Between the Laser and Soliton on the Protein
【摘要】 以空间连续近似条件下的孤立子为初始条件,对蛋白质分子链上孤立子与弱激光的相互作用下进行的数值模拟,取激光在可见光范围内的波长进行了计算。计算结果表明,在激光作用相对较弱且在强度不变的情况下,蛋白质分子对某些波长的激光产生了强烈的共振吸收并使孤立子受到严重的影响。产生共振吸收的激光波长在可见光范围内呈周期性分布,且其周期随波长增加而逐渐变长。
【Abstract】 Interactions between laser and soliton on the αhelix protein molecular chain were studied by means of the initial condition on the continual approximation soliton solution.We took the laser wavelength in the range of the visible light.When the laser intensity are week relatively and are not changed,the calculation results indicate that the intense syntonous absorb are occurred and the soliton are badly influenced.The laser wavelength of syntonous absorb are periodically distributed in the range of the visible light and the periods become gradually long with increase of the laser wavelength.
