矩形量子线中极化子的性质
Properties of Polaron in Rectangular Quantum Wires
【摘要】 采用变分法,研究了矩形量子线中极化子在基态和激发态的系统能量。数值计算结果表明:随着量子线尺寸的减小,系统基态和激发态能量都增大。
【Abstract】 Using variational method,the properties of polaron in rectangular quantum wires were studied.The energies of ground state and excited state were given.The numerical results show that as the sizes of the quantum wires decrease,the correction energy increase.
