测角CCD多功能光谱仪的研究
Study on the CCD High-speed Spectrometer
【摘要】 将CCD测量转角的方案应用到光栅光谱仪中,设计了一套CCD成像法波长扫描机构,大大改善了光谱仪的性能。为了满足测量范围的要求,采用CCD拼接技术。该系统具有采集和显示被测谱线、拾取谱峰和自动寻峰等数据处理功能,并能计算出识别出来的任意一条谱线的波长。用于测量低压汞灯谱线波长,测量结果和实际标准波长偏差在0.20nm以内。
【Abstract】 We improved the traditional mathod for changing and wavelength in the CzernyTurner device by the help of CCD to measure the rotation angles of the grating of the spectrometers.CCD assembling technique has been introduced at the same time.The improved system can grab,display the spectra and calculating the wavelenthes.The feasibility of this improvement method was proved by the satisfactory result got from the wavelength measurement of Hg lamps.The experiments show that the measuring fallibility of this system is no more than 0.20 nm.
