干涉效应对有机发光器件输出的影响
Influence of Interference on Organic Electroluminescence Outputs
【摘要】 利用八羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)作为发光层制备了双层有机发光二极管(OLEDs)。发现当Alq3的厚度到达与光波长相比拟时,电致发光(EL)光谱发生显著变化,并且出现了一个新的发光峰。利用广角度干涉模型模拟实验结果表明,理论模拟与实验结果相当吻合。并且研究了干涉效应在OLEDs中所起的重要作用。
【Abstract】 The organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs) were fabricated using tris (8hydroxyquinolino) aluminum (Alq3) as the emitting layer.When the thickness of the emitting layer increases to a wavelength order,electroluminescent(EL) spectra in the bilayer TPD/Alq3 OLEDs change markedly,i.e. emitting spectra are separated into two peaks when the thickness of the organic layer increases to 150 nm.The experimental results were simulated by wideangle interference of light emitting dipoles.The model is reasonable since the stimulation results coincide with the experiment data,which indicates that the interference effect plays an important role in OLEDs.
