LD泵浦单模绿光激光器自混合干涉效应的研究
Study on Self-mixing Interference Effects in LD Pumped Single-mode Green Laser
【摘要】 从自混合干涉效应的等效F P腔模型出发,研究了LD泵浦的单模绿光激光器的自混合干涉效应,建立了一般模型。该模型适用于强反馈以及多重光反馈下的自混合干涉效应和弱光反馈水平的情况,也可以转化到其它文献所报道的模型。实验结果表明,该绿光激光器的位移测量精度比半导体激光器的测量精度提高了100nm以上。
【Abstract】 Based on the equivalent FP model of selfmixing interference effect,we studied the selfmixing interference effects in the LD pumped single mode green laser and established a general model for the effects in the laser.This model was the same with conditions of strong feedback (also strong feedback with multiple reflections) and weak feedback.And this model could be transformed to other reported models.The experimental results showed that the measuring precision of the LD pumped green laser was 100 nm higher than that of semiconductor lasers.
