周期极化KTP晶体532nm倍频连续绿光输出
CW 532 nm Green Light SHG from QPM Periodically Poled KTiOPO4
【摘要】 研究了高压电场极化法制作周期极化(PP)钛氧磷酸钾(KTP)的关键技术,实现了z切1mm厚、光栅周期Λ=9.0μm的熔融生长的KTP晶体的周期性极化反转。样品互作用长度为3mm,经Nd:YAG输出的连续1.064μm倍频(SHG)实验测试,在室温(32℃)条件下得到功率为20μW的532nm连续绿光输出。归一化倍频效率约为0.0089%/(W·cm)。
【Abstract】 The fluxgrown periodically poled KTiOPO4(PPKTP) was fabricated by high electrical field method was researched and the second harmonic generation(SHG) from a Λ=9.0 μm fluxgrow PPKTP wafer was tested.The interactive length of the sample is about 3 mm.With the Nd:YAG in 1 064 nm as the fundamental light,the CW output powre at 532 nm is 20 μW at room temperature.The conversion efficiency of SHG and the normalized one are about 0.002 4 % and 0.008 9 %/(W·cm) respectively.
