用自泵浦相位共轭实现全光型半加器逻辑操作
Realizing All-optical Half-adder Logic Operations with Self-pumped Phase Conjugation
【摘要】 通过对KNSBN:Cu光折变晶体的自泵浦相位共轭(SPPC)和诱导自泵浦相位共轭(ISPPC)特性的研究,分别利用SPPC和ISPPC实现了XOR逻辑操作和AND逻辑操作,并将SPPC和ISPPC有机组合实现了全光型半加器逻辑操作。
【Abstract】 The properties of selfpumped phase conjugation(SPPC) and induced selfpumped phase conjugation(ISPPC) of KNSBN:Cu crystals were studied.XOR and AND logic operation was realized with SPPC and ISPPC.The alloptical halfadder logic operation was accomplished with ISPPC and SPPC.The phase conjugdtion reflectivity of the sum bit is 69 %,the velocity response is about several seconds.
