绝对式数字光纤传感器
Absolute Type Digital Optic Fiber Sensors
【摘要】 给出了一种不受漂移和强度误差影响的线性或角度数字编码器,其中,该8进制绝对式数码光纤传感器采用8字节编码,使用了8对光纤,每对光纤根据它们所代表0或1进行开 关调制。该传感器引入了输入端的8根单模光纤和接收端对应的8根多模光纤取代透镜。因此,在传感元件中,来自输入端的单模光纤中的光束经编码器后耦合到接收端的多模光纤。结果表明,在编码器中采用循环码编码消除了码道改变所造成输出的粗误差。
【Abstract】 Linear and angular digital encoders without drift and intensity errors were presented.The octal absolute type digital optical fiber sensor adopts 8bit encoding,and uses 8 doublefibers modulated by the onoff according to 0 or 1 digit,instead of lens.the sensor introduces 8 singlemode optical fibers on the incident end,and 8 multimode optical fibers on the received end.The experimental result indicates that the coarse error derived from the track variation of coder is eliminated by using the cycle code.
