着色NaCl晶体色心光谱参数确定
Determination of Spectral Parameters of Color Centers in Colored NaCl Crystals
【摘要】 在10K和室温条件下,对γ射线辐照着色NaCl晶体经光热处理后色心的光谱特性进行了系统研究。用解谱方法,将F2和F+3色心吸收峰从M吸收带中有效地分解出来,并精确地确定了其光谱参数。
【Abstract】 Spectral properties of color centers in colored NaCl crystals irradiated by γrays at room temperature and treated optically and thermally were investigated systematically at 10 K and room temperature.Absorption peaks of F2 and F+3 color centers can be resolved efficiently from M absorption band in the crystals,and their spectral parameters were determined accurately by using spectral decomposition.
