用光纤F-P滤波器解调的光纤光栅传感器的研究
A Fiber Bragg Grating Sensing System with a Fiber F-P Wavelength Filter
【摘要】 报道了用光纤F-P滤波器解调检测光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)Bragg波长移动量,实验了一个可对静态及时变物理量进行检测的FBG传感器系统。该系统对静态物理量的测量结果的相关系数为0.996,对时变物理量的测量分辨率为10.9μstrain。
【Abstract】 A method to detect the Bragg wavelength shift of fiber Bragg grating(FBG) with a fiber FP wavelength filter was proposed.A FBG sensing system which can measure not only quasistatic physical quantities but also dynamic physical quantities had been realized as well.The related linear regressive coefficient of each fitting line of measuring quasistatic physical quantities is 0.996,and the measuring resolution of dynamic physical quantities is 10.9 μ strain.
