【摘要】 目的 :为临床设计胸前区皮神经营养血管皮瓣提供解剖学基础。方法 :在 17例 3 4侧成人躯干标本上 ,用显微解剖法观测第 2～ 6肋间神经前皮支的外侧支及其营养血管的来源、走行及分布规律。结果 :第 2～ 6肋间神经前皮支的外侧支及其营养血管于胸骨两旁相应肋间穿出深筋膜 ,呈节段性、重叠性分布于胸前区皮肤。皮神经营养血管相互间形成丰富的吻合。结论 :可设计以第 2～ 6肋间神经前皮支的外侧支及其营养血管为蒂的皮神经营养血管皮瓣更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide the anatomic basis for the design of neurocutaneous vascular flap(NCVF)on the anterior chest.Methods:The origin,course and distribution of the lateral ramuli of the anterior cutaneous branches of T 2 6 and their nutrient vessels were observed with microdissection in 17 adult cadavers.Results:The lateral ramuli of the anterior cutaneous branches of T 2 6 and their nutrient vessels penetrated the corresponding intercostal tissues in the parasternal region,and exhibited a segmental and overlapping distribution on the anterior thoracic region.There were abundant anastomoses among the nutrient vessels along the courses of cutaneous nerve ramuli.Conclution:NCVF on the anterior chest can be developed for the anterior cutaneous branches of T 2 6 and their nutrient vessels constitute the pedicle.更多还原
