【摘要】 目的 :研究幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染与口周皮炎的关系。方法 :观察就诊 10 6例口周皮炎患者幽门螺杆菌感染情况 ,HP阳性患者分为两组 ,观察抗HP治疗对口周皮炎的影响。结果 :口周皮炎患者的HP感染率高达 83 .96%( 89/ 10 6) ,同时进行抗HP治疗者其疗效达 91.11%,对照组仅为 5 2 .2 7%,两者有显著性差异。结论 :口周皮炎合并有较高的HP感染率 ,对合并HP阳性者同时给予抗HP治疗能提高其疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between helicobacter pylori(HP) infection and perioral dermatitis. Methods:106 patients with perioral dermatitis were enrolled in the study. 89 cases infected with HP were divided into two groups. The efficacy of anti HP triple chemotherapy was studied. Results:89 cases (83.96%)were infected with HP. The result showed that the curative effect in the group applied with serologic anti HP treatment (91.11%) was much better than that with standard treatment along (52.27%)( P <0.01).Conclusions: There is a high co-infectious rate with HP in perioral dermatitis. Anti-HP therapy can improve the curative effect.更多还原
