【摘要】 目的 :采用UV法测定加替沙星胶囊的含量。方法 :利用加替沙星在 2 84.0nm处有最大吸收 ,空白辅料无干扰。结果 :加替沙星含量在 3 .0～ 15 .0 μg /mL范围内 ,浓度与吸光度之间线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999) ;样品的平均回收率为 10 2 .5 % ,RSD为 1.5% (n =9)。结论 :该方法灵敏 ,专属 ,准确 ,操作简便 ,可供该制剂的含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a UV method for the determination of gatifloxacin. Methods: Gatifloxacin was determined at 284 nm and blank supplements had little interference. Results: The calibration curve was linear ( r =0.9999 ) in the range of 3.0 ～ 15.0 μg/mL for gatifloxacin,the mean recovery was 102.5%,with RSD of 1.4 % ( n =9) . Conclusion: The method is sensitive,specific,accurate,simple and was suitable for the determination of gatifloxacin preparations.更多还原
