褶合光谱法考察脑乐欣与胰岛素的配伍稳定性
Observation of the stability of piracetam injection mixed with insulin injection by convolution spectrometry
【摘要】 目的:考察室温下8h内脑乐欣注射液与胰岛素注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:采用褶合光谱法,结合外观和pH值检查法,并以差谱值予以定量表达。结果:两药在8h内外观均无变化,pH值较稳定,8h内差谱值均<10%。结论:室温8h内,脑乐欣注射液与胰岛素注射液可以配伍使用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the chemical stability of the mixture of piracetam injection and insulin injection at room temperature for 8 hours. Method; The convolution spectrometry was applied, and the changes in pH value and appearance were observed. The results were described quantitatively by subtract spectrometry value. Results: There was no obvious change in the appearances and pH value in 8 h. The subtract spectrometry values were less than 10% . Conclusion: piracetam injection mixed with insulin injection is stable at room temperature for 8 hours.
