全反式维甲酸对肝癌细胞分泌Ⅳ胶原酶的影响
The effect of all trans-retinoic acid on the secretion of Ⅳ collagenase
【摘要】 目的 :探讨全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)对肝癌细胞侵袭性影响的途径。方法 :通过体外和动物实验的方法 ,探讨ATRA对肝细胞癌高转移瘤株 (Hca F)人工基底膜粘附能力以及对Ⅳ胶原酶分泌能力的影响。结果 :ATRA对Hca F细胞的人工基底膜粘附能力以及对Ⅳ胶原酶的分泌均有明显的抑制作用 ,其抑制能力在一定范围之内与ATRA浓度成正比。结论 :ATRA通过多途径对Hca F侵袭性行为产生影响。
【Abstract】 Objective:To elucidate the pathway of the invasive effect of all trans-retinoic acid(ATRA) on the hepatocellular carcinomas.Methods:By the use of cell culture invitro and experimental animal models,the invasive influence of ATRA in Hca-F liver cancer cells were studied in terms of the adhesion capacity to artificial basal membrane and production of collagenase type Ⅳ.Results:It was found that ATRA could inhibit the adhesion capacity as well as collagenase Ⅳ secretion of Hca-F cells in a dose related fashion.Conclusion:ATRA can exert multiple effects on the invasion of Hca-F cells.
