【Abstract】 Objective:To explore clinical features and operative method of the carcinoma of neck of gallbladder.Methods:19 cases of the carcinoma of neck of gallbladder diagnosed from June 1982 to June 2000 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The rates lymphatic metastasis and bile duct infiltration of the carcinoma of neck of gallbladder are higher than those of carcinoma of gallbladder,but hepatic metastasis rate is lower.Conclusion:The clinical manifestation and treatment in patients with carcinoma of neck of gallbladder may be different from carcinoma of gallbladder.更多还原
