用旋转式电场探头在线检测灭弧室真空度

【摘要】 提出了一种通过测量屏蔽罩的直流电位 ,即屏蔽罩上积聚的静电荷数量 ,来检测灭弧室真空度的新方法。研制了旋转式电场探头测试静电荷产生的直流电场。将研制的电场探头安装于开关柜的接地机壳 ,断路器处在关合或分断状态 ,都能灵敏地监测出真空度的变化。

【Abstract】 When vacuum degree become bad, some static charge will remain in the shield of the vacuum tube because of the micro-discharge. In this paper, a new method is proposed to monitor the internal pressure of the vacuum tube by detecting the static charge of the shield. An electrical fields sensor with rotating electrode is developed to measure the static fields. Whether the breaker is open or close, the internal pressure can be monitored on-line with the electrical fields sensor installed on the cabinet.
