送配电带电作业的发展与标准制订
The Development of Live Work in Transmission and Distribution System and the Formulation of Standard
【摘要】 介绍了近年来送配电带电作业在技术理论、工器具、标准制订、作业方式等方面的研究和发展 ,针对带电作业安全距离、绝缘工具、保护间隙等关系安全作业的重要因素及相关标准进行了分析和讨论。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the researches and development of live working technology, tools and standards. The influence of safe distance, protective gaps and working methods on live working is analyzed and discussed.
