组合变流器载波相移空间向量调制(CPS-SVM)技术
Multi-modular Converter with Carrier Phase-shifted SVM Technique
【摘要】 研究了高压大功率变频调速逆变器中3电平逆变器频率调制技术,综合相移SPWM组合变流器的拓扑结构与空间向量调制(SVM),提出了组合变流器载波(CPS)相移CPS-SVM技术。该技术不仅具有相移SPWM的优点,而且具有普通sVM技术所具有的器件开关频率降低1/3、直流电压利用率提高15%及便于数字实现等优点。
【Abstract】 Such merits as followed can be obtained in multi-modular converter with Carrier phase-shifted SVM (CPS-SVM) technique. The equivalent switching frequency and transient response is high. And the working states in each converter modules are identical. SVM is introduced in multi-modular converter in this paper. With phase-shifted SVM technique, the swithcing frequency of devices can be reduced by 1/3; DC voltage utility can be increased by 15%; digital control is easily implemented.
