【摘要】 我国行政诉讼费用的征收办法基本类似于民事诉讼,统一规定在《人民法院诉讼收费办法》中。为了符合行政诉讼的自身特点,立法应当对行政诉讼费用的征收制度进行改革。应当另行制定行政诉讼费用的征收依据,缩小其征收范围即仅限于诉讼中实际支出的费用,完善行政诉讼费用援助体系等。更多还原
