【摘要】 目的　探讨胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断和治疗。方法　对本院近 3年内收治的 7例病人的临床特点进行回顾性分析。结果　胰腺囊性肿瘤好发于中青年女性 ,无急性胰腺炎 ,无上腹部手术及外伤史。临床表现以上腹部肿块和疼痛不适较为多见。影像学检查胰腺肿块为囊性 ,囊实性或不规则分叶状。 6例手术治疗 ,1例拒绝手术。结论　因术前术中定性困难 ,除假性囊肿或典型的浆液性囊腺瘤外 ,都应按恶性肿瘤处理更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cystic tumor.Methods Clinical data of pancreatic cystic tumor of 7 cases admitted in recent 3 years were analyzed retrospectively.Result Pancreatic cystic tumor was often occurred in adolescent and middle aged women upper abdominal mass and pain were its main clinical manifestations without acute pancreatitis or history of abdominal operation and injury.Cystic,cyst solidary or irregular lobulation may be observed on image inspection.Six patients accepted operation except for one.Conclusion Since the quality of pancreatic cystic tumors is difficult to be confirmed preoperation and even interoperation,all of these should be treated as malignances besides pseudocyst or typical serous cystadenoma.更多还原
