【摘要】 目的　了解广州地区省直机关干部的健康状况 ,分析影响健康的主要原因 ,提出促进健康的对策。方法　对广州地区省直机关 35个单位的 36 72名干部进行健康检查 ,检查结果按性别、年龄分层分析影响健康的主要问题。结果　机关干部健康检查的异常检出率较高 ,为 6 6 18%。其中肝胆系统检查异常检出率为 30 6 1% ,血脂各项指标增高检出率为 2 7 72 % ,心电图检查异常检出率为 2 1 0 5 %。心脏、肝胆异常 ,血脂、血压及尿酸升高等的发生率均随年龄增长而升高。结论　广州地区省直机关大部分干部处于亚健康状态 ,或者患有各种慢性疾病。应及时地加强机关干部的健康教育和健康促进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide appropriate strategies to promote health of provincial government officers in Guangzhou through analyzing the result of physical check up for the provincial government officers in Guangzhou. Methods 3 672 officers from 35 provincial government organizations in Guangzhou received a physical check up. The results of physical examination were analyzed according to sex and age. Results The abnormal rate of physical examination for officers is relative high (66.18%), among whom, 30.61% were tested as abnormal for liver and gallbladder, 27.72% were increase of blood lipid, and 21.05% were abnormal with eletrocardiogram test. All these abnormal indicators increase with aging. Conclusion Most of officers are in sub healthy status or suffering from chronic diseases. Health education in government officers should be initiated in no time to promote health of this population.更多还原
