【Abstract】 A lot of innovative talents are needed in the knowledge economy society. In order to meet the challenge of knowledge economy, old education conception should be changed, meanwhile, teachers should improve themselves and become "double - teacher- type" teacher. New way of running schools, education system , teaching device and content should be used too. The way of running schools is open . The education system should be changed .
