【Abstract】 culturing innovative talents and improving education qualitys was a common problems. In order to improve education quality, this paper analysed the improving the teaching quality through innovating teaching management from the following aspects: transforming the traditional educatian concepts, Strengthening the leading to culture of innvotive talents, reforming in teaching contents, reforming in teaching methods and means, improving practical teaching, constructing teacher teams with innovative spirits, setting up teaching management system of profiting to develope student’s personality.
