【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of decision behavior of enterprises in supply chains under the circumstance of asymmetric information, this paper builds quantitative models. According to the solution to those models, the paper obtains a conclusion: under the circumstances of asymmetric information, even if the market demand is stable, as there are time lags in the decisions of upstream enterprises, the decision behavior of downstream enterprises with more information can make the upstream enterprises face supply fluctuation and inventory backlog in different periods.
