【Abstract】 By reviewing the history of business administration with citing lots of facts, this paper leads to the conclusion that the development of business administration theory can not be separated from the basic work in enterprises. Also the paper indicates that good basic work in enterprises acts as one of the key strategies for the enterprise development in China.
