【Abstract】 Based on the case studies of land use around UMT stations both at home and abroad, this paper analyses the impacts of UMT development on urban land use from three different angles: the intensity of land use, the pattern of land use and the vitality of economic development around the stations and along the transit lines. The authors argue that some regular patterns of UMT influential over the land along the transit lines shall be further studied.更多还原
