OLED驱动控制电路的研究
Study on Driving and Controlling Circuits of OLED
【摘要】 介绍了有机发光二极管器件 (OLED)的结构和制造工艺 ,和以单片机为核心设计的 OLED驱动控制电路 ,实现了对绿色 OLED(32 mm× 2 8mm)的驱动显示 ,分辨率为 64× 56,通过采用分隔矩阵结构 ,提高了器件的占空比 ,并降低了功耗。
【Abstract】 The structure and fabrication technology of OLED were introduced. Based on dy namic driving technology, a green OLED with 64×56 pixels, controlled by a micro chip, was realized. To increase the duty ratio and reduce the power consum ption, the technology of separated-matrix was used in this structure of OLED.
