LD端面抽运全固态紫外激光器
LD End-pumped All-solid-state Ultraviolet Laser
【摘要】 报道了分别利用两个非线性晶体对 1 0 64nm红外脉冲激光的倍频及和频过程得到紫外激光输出的实验研究。采用最大抽运功率为 60 0 m W的 LD端面泵浦 Nd∶ YAG/Cr4+∶YAG被动调 Q脉冲激光器 ,得到 1 0 64nm输出最大平均功率为 70 m W,脉宽为 1 7.4ns。利用长聚焦的方法经 KTP晶体腔外倍频和 LBO晶体腔外和频 ,实现了高效全固态 35 5 nm紫外脉冲激光输出。 35 5 nm紫外脉冲输出的最大平均功率为 1 0 6μW,峰值功率约为 635 m W,且紫外光斑的椭圆度达 0 .88
【Abstract】 The ultraviolet laser was achieved by frequency doubling and sum frequency in two crystals by using laser pulses at 1 064 nm. With the maximum incident pump power of 600 mW LD end pumping the average output power of the passively Q switched Nd∶YAG/Cr 4+ ∶YAG 1 064 nm laser is 70 mW and the pulse width is 17.4 ns. Through KTP crystal external cavity frequency doubling and LBO crystal sum frequency, the high efficiency all solid state 355 nm ultraviolet pulse laser was attained by long focusing. The average output power of 355 nm is 106 μW, the peak power is almost 635 mW, and ellipticity is about 0.88.
