【摘要】 目的　为椎动脉近段的重建术提供解剖学基础。方法　在 2 4具 4 8侧经防腐处理的新鲜尸体标本上观察椎动脉近段的起点、分支、走行情况 ,测量椎动脉近段两端管腔外径、长度。结果　椎动脉近段的起点外径左侧为 (4 5 2± 0 79)mm ;末端外径左侧为 (4 1 2± 0 71 )mm ,右侧为 (3 90± 0 82 )mm ;全长左侧为 (33 7± 8 3)mm ,右侧为 (2 7 75± 5 1 )mm。结论　椎动脉近段的观察与测量结果对椎动脉近段重建提供重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide anatomical basis for reconstructing the first segment of vertebral artery.Methods The courses,branches,outer diameters and length of the first segment of vertebral artery were measured and observed on 48 sides of 24 fresh adult cadaverous speciments.Results The outer diameters of the first segment of vertebral artery on the left the right side were(4 52±0 79)mm and (4 23±0 81)mm repectively for the beginning point;(4 12±0 71)mm and (3 90±0 82)mm for the end point.The length of the first segment of vertebral artery on the left and right side were(43 7±8 3)mm and (37 75±5 1)mm.Conclusion The results of measure and observation of the first segment of vertebral artery have important reference value to reconstructing vertebral artery.更多还原
