当归注射液对辐射损伤后肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨当归注射液对辐射损伤后肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。方法 应用当归注射液对60 CO γ射线辐射损伤后的小鼠肝组织给予治疗 ,连续给药 30d ,应用放射免疫测定法检测治疗前后肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果 实验用药组肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性高于实验对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 当归注射液对辐射损伤后的小鼠肝组织和功能具有重要的保护作用

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of superoxide dismutases(SOD) active of Angelica Sinensis(Olive) Diels on live tissue of the mice radiated Mothods The mice of the experimental group were injected with Angelica sinensis(Olive) Diels intraperitoneally for 30 d by Co γ rays While the mice of the experimental control group were radiated by Co γ rays (no injection of drug) The superoxide(SOD) dismutases active were studied by using methods of radioactivity immunity Result Superoxide(SOD) dismutases active of the experimental group were significantly higher than the experimental control group (P<0 001) Conclusion The results showed that Angelica Sinensis(Olive) Diels has significantly protecting effect for the liver of mice which has been radiated by Co γ rays
