基于小波变换的MR图像的去噪处理
Eliminating Noise of MR Image with Wavelet Transform
【摘要】 根据小波变换多尺度下图像信号与噪声不同性质的理论,提出了一种新的MR图像去噪处理 算法,这种算法直接比较相邻小波域的系数,根据比较结果设立滤波器去除噪声。计算机模拟结果表明:这种算法的速度快,能去除渗噪图91%的噪声,图像的信噪比从3.1861提高到了13.4784。
【Abstract】 A new noise-eliminating processing algorithm for Magnetic Resonance (MR) image is proposed according to the different properties of image signal and noise under the multi-scale wavelet transform. This algorithm directly compares the coefficients of the adjacent wavelet domains and a filter is established for eliminating noise according to the comparison results. The computer simulation results show this algorithm has a fast operating speed and 91% noise can be eliminated. The signal-to-noise- ratio is improved from 3.1861 to 13.4784.
